In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel the purchase of your goods from us up to 14 days from the day you received them. Upon returning the goods to us we will refund you the full amount including the standard postage cost within 14 days. A 25% restocking charge will be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling them, for instance a seal has been broken.
As of october 11, 2019, refunds on orders placed with paypal will have 3.4% retained due to their new policy of non-refundable selling fees.
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds on any earphones or earpads that are purchased from us unless they are faulty.
The standard returns policy does not apply to items bought during pre-order sales or custom orders. payment for both will be treated as a full commitment for the order to be fulfilled. no cancellations or returns will be accepted in this situation.
Wherever possible, we will respond to your individual circumstances and help as much as we can. Should a fault occur with the item within 28 days of delivery you will be offered the choice of a refund.
TO QUALIFY FOR A REFUND, THE ITEM MUST BE:
- In "as new" condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product, the product or packaging should not be damaged in any way)
- Complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it along with the original box and packaging.
We are unable to honour this guarantee for faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
Consumable items such as earbuds and earpads cannot be returned for a refund nor can they be exchanged if they have been opened.
WRONG ITEM SUPPLIED
Our ordering system normally makes sure that all items dispatched are checked to match the order placed. However, errors can sometimes occur. In the event that you have been supplied the wrong item, we will correct this as soon as possible.
ITEMS RECEIVED DAMAGED
We and our couriers take the greatest possible care when delivering your order. However, if in the unlikely event that your parcel shows signs of damage when delivered, then please report the damage to us within 3 working days via our website. (For orders where a signature is required, please make sure that you sign for the parcel as damaged)
